How to configure notifications and alerts

Choose the notices you want to receive and avoid notifications that do not help you decide or act.

Step by step

    Open Alerts

    Open Settings and select Alerts.

    ProleadSync Alerts and follow-up page with activity options visible.
    Alerts are grouped by activity, follow-up and channels.

    Choose an area

    Open Activity, Follow-up or Channels depending on the type of notice you want to configure.

    Enable only useful notices

    Turn each option on or off and set thresholds where available. Keep events that require a decision or reply from you.

  4. 4

    Confirm the delivery channel

    Under Channels, check where each notice should be delivered. These choices are saved to your account.

If something does not work as expected

I receive an alert that I disabled.

Refresh Alerts and check the option in the correct area. The same notice may be active on another channel.

I do not receive an important notice.

Confirm that the event and channel are enabled, then check browser notification permissions.
