Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy defines the rights and duties associated with account closure and the request for financial refunds related to the subscription of ProleadSync premium plans (e.g., Pro Plan at €19.99/month).
1. Cancellation and Downgrade Mechanisms
The subscription architecture was designed to maximize User autonomy. The cancellation of automatic renewal can be done freely at any time.
The process must be initiated through the account control panel, in the subscription management section, or by submitting a formal request to the support team through the contact +351 935 655 950 or the associated email.
Cancellation does not imply immediate interruption of the service. If you cancel in the middle of your monthly billing cycle, you will maintain full access to all Pro plan features until the last day of the already paid period.
Once this period ends, the platform will perform an automatic downgrade, and the account will revert to the strict limits of the Free Plan, ceasing all future charges.
2. Absence of Refunds for Partial Billing (B2B Regime)
Given ProleadSync's positioning as a tool essentially oriented toward liberal professionals, freelancers, and commercial operations ("B2B and high-ticket sales" and "consultants"), the service assumes the nature of business-to-business supply.
In this scope, and under the assumption of professional use, the subscription fees charged are considered final and non-refundable. ProleadSync does not issue pro-rata refunds. The non-use of the platform, or the failure to cancel before the renewal date, does not confer the right to a refund of the already processed monthly fee.
3. Right of Free Resolution in Consumer Regime (B2C)
In the unique event that the User acts strictly outside the scope of their commercial activity (as a final consumer under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), a period of 14 days is legally guaranteed for free contractual resolution after the initial subscription to the paid service.
The Critical Exception of Digital Consumption: ProleadSync's service is based on the instantaneous supply of structured data and high computational processing. According to the law, the consumer loses their right to free resolution and the consequent refund at the moment the service provision begins. Therefore, by subscribing to the Pro Plan and actively initiating the execution of exhaustive searches ("Deep analysis") or downloading profile reports, the consumer declares their prior and express consent for the immediate start of the contract, voluntarily waiving the right to financial return within the aforementioned 14 days.
Trial Period: Compliance with this principle and commercial clarity is further safeguarded by the fact that the platform voluntarily offers, a priori, a 15-day experimental period ("15-day free trial"), allowing evaluation without financial commitment and exhausting the product testing prerogatives in time.
4. Exception Provisions
Regardless of the procedures stipulated above, the ProleadSync support team reserves the exclusive right to evaluate exceptional refund requests in the face of serious systemic anomalies exclusively attributable to the platform:
- Documented and technical occurrence of a double charge of the same monthly fee due to an error in the payment gateway.
- Structural and uninterrupted unavailability of the service (prolonged server crash) that completely prevents access and use of the platform's essential resources for a period exceeding 72 consecutive business hours in the same billing cycle.
In the event of a refund approval, the amount will be credited within 5 to 10 business days and invariably dispatched by the same payment method used in the original transaction, thus preventing vulnerabilities linked to money laundering schemes.
